Jennifer W. Rattigan

Senior Contracts Counsel

As Senior Contracts Counsel for Vector Security, Ms. Rattigan is responsible for managing the creation, review, and negotiation of contracts for the company, as well as other various legal matters.

Ms. Rattigan joined Vector Security in 2009 as a Corporate Compliance Coordinator, subsequently moving to the role of Corporate Compliance Manager. She was promoted to her current position in 2015. Prior to joining Vector Security, she was an associate attorney at Gillotti, Capristo & Beck in Pittsburgh.

A graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in English, and of the University of Pittsburgh with a J.D., Ms. Rattigan is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
