As Chief Financial Officer for Vector Security, Chuck Thropp is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial activities, including controllership, tax, treasury, risk management, and Vector Security’s financial strategy to help grow its business operations and enhance shareholder value.
Mr. Thropp has more than 25 years of financial leadership expertise, and joined Vector Security in 2016 from Unify, Inc., one of the world’s leading communications software and services firms, where he was Senior Vice President and CFO, North America. While at Unify, he led a team of finance professionals through a major transformation initiative; also developing and executing the commercial turn-around strategy for the region. He has also held senior-level finance positions with Westcon Group, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
A certified public accountant, Mr. Thropp holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
